In 2005, Jill Erickson planned a beautiful Historic Southport wedding in which she married her rock n' roll prince and became Jill Critchfield. As she planned each detail, she became more and more interested in finding a way to make the process enjoyable and manageable for any bride. Her belief that a wedding day should reflect the hopes, the dreams, and the personalities of the bride and groom, is at the heart of Rainbow Connection Wedding Coordination!

Jill is a born 'people-person'. In the past she has been a well-loved teacher for children with disabilities, a motivational swim coach for a champion team of teenagers, and an early intervention counselor for families of hearing-impaired babies. She is trained in American Sign language, allowing her to better assist clients with special hearing needs. Her ability to truly listen to her clients and achieve outstanding results has been proven through her successes in such demanding positions.

In her work she always strives to provide unlimited support for those in her care. Now, through Rainbow Connection Wedding Coordination, she is able to bring those people skills directly to You! The bride and groom who want their wedding to reflect Their vision, not someone elses.

Jill's extensive theatrical experience also comes in handy when a touch of drama and elegance is needed!
